Our cancellation policy.
The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival. If the guest doesn't show up, they will be charged the total price of the reservation.

Direct bookings.
For direct bookings made outside the website, please note that to confirm the reservation, it is necessary to make a payment equal to 30% of the total stay cost. The remaining balance must be paid on the day of check-in.
