In the Lago 270 apartment, one can lose the sense of time by how fascinating the panorama is. Completely renovated, our holiday home has always been the most appreciated and requested!
This apartment has so many winning features. In first place obviously the view of the lake, the Borromean Islands and the surrounding mountains, breathtaking in its beauty!
In second place, the location, it may seem distant but the center is easily reachable on foot in about 10/15 minutes.
In third place is comfort, the apartment is furnished with care and is located in a residence surrounded by greenery. The building is equipped with an elevator.
It can accommodate up to 6 people (maximum 4 adults, the bunk bed is suitable for children), perfect for a romantic couple's weekend, a relaxing family trip or an adventure with friends!
The living room has large comfortable sofas, a particular dining area and a TV set, a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine and mini-bar. The two double bedrooms with 180x200 box spring beds are very spacious, the children's room has a comfortable bunk bed. The two bathrooms are both equipped with shower, double sink and toilet shower.
Last but not least, the magnificent 50m2 terrace with lake view patio and BBQ.
The terrace is the strong point of the apartment, also furnished with comfortable sofas, table and chairs for lunch or dinner while admiring the panorama overlooking the lake and the hills.
Each room has at least one window in order to offer the entrance of the sun's rays at any time of the day, making the house very bright!
